6+35x-6x^2>0
implies x belongs in (-1/6,6)
but cos x>=1/2
implies x<=\cos^{-1} 1/2    we reverse the inequality because \cos^{-1} is a decreasing function
 
hence we get the solution set (-1/6 , π/3]u[5π/3 , 6)
