Dear, Your required function is f(x)=-1/(x+2) which is satiesfied the given condition and it is differential everywhere except x=-2 only.

Its a variable seperable differential equation....divide both sides by y^2... Then integrate both sides then you will get the general solution..just plug in the given conditions and you will get the soln
