in the second problem, we have to find the sum ∑r(r+1)=∑r^2+r=∑r^2+∑r= n(n+1)(2n+1)/6 + n(n+1)/2
open these brackets and then divide the expression by n^3. now applying the limit we obtain 
L= 2/6 = 1/3
