$\\$\lim _{x\to \:0}\left(\left(1+a\sin \left(x\right)\right)^{\csc \left(x\right)}\right)$ \\$since $$\left(1+a\sin \left(x\right)\right)^{\csc \left(x\right)}=e^{\csc \left(x\right)\ln \left(\left(1+a\sin \left(x\right)\right)\right)}$ \\$=\lim _{x\to \:0}\left(e^{\csc \left(x\right)\ln \left(1+a\sin \left(x\right)\right)}\right)$ \\$=e^a$$
