Solve first mod,
Take case x 2 is not possible according to its domain.
cos(2x-4)-33/2|4x-8|/x-2 becomes:
cos(2x-4)-33/4 (- 4x + 8)/x-2
Now apply simply L-Hospital.put x = 2.
