First method by expansion:

B = lim(x -> 2) [tan(pi.x)/x-2]
expand tan to 1 degree term .i.e pi.x
B = lim(x -> 2) [(pi.x)/x-2]
Now apply L-pital
pi/1

Second method substitute x = 2 + h with h → 0
and then apply l-hosiptal
u will get again pi.
