Dear student

f"(x) less than zero means f'(x) is decreasing function. Means f'(0) is greater than f'(1)

Now Q'(x) = f'(x) - f'(1 -x)

Hence in (0, 1/2)
Q'(x) is positive.

Hence Q(x) is increasing function.

Hope it helps
