Y = x^x
 
taking log
 
log y = x logx
 
(1/y)* y' = x/x + log x
 
y' = y(1 + log x)
 
Now
 
y'' = y ( 1/x) + (1+ log x) y'
 
Put these in the given equation and you will get the desired result.
