GIVEN QUESTION IS TO BE SOLVED USING THE CONCEPT OF PARMETRIC EQUATIONS.IF HE WOULD HAVE PLACED THE VALUE OF THETA AS cos-1x THE SOLUTION  WOULD HAVE BECAME MUCH MORE COMPLICATED BUT THE ANSWER WOULD BE SAME.
