Dear student

Maximum is clearly infinity

Minimum can be found by differentiation of given equation and then finding roots of the obtained eqn

We obtain 3 roots those are 1,2,3

Checking what x gives minimum among all the obtained local minimums

1 gives -4
2 gives -3
3 gives -4

So minimum value of given EQUATION is -4
