so this is a simple and easy ques of sandwich theorem.
gif(x) always lies in between x – 1 and x.
so gif(k^2*x) lies in between k^2*x – 1 and k^2*x. 
so summation from 1 to n lies in x*n(n+1)(2n+1)/6 – n to x*n(n+1)(2n+1)/6.
dividing by n^3 and taking the limit will give L= x/3.
