Given a function and condition of its differentiability,asked to find out value of b.

differentiability imples continuity, so a+2-1=b-c or b=a+c+1
also f'(0)=2 and f’(2)= – 2c(2) but f'(0)=f'(2) so that c= – ½
now f’(1+)= – 2c(1)
and f'(1-)= 2a+2
or 2a+2= – 2c(1)
or a= – ½
so b=0 and not 15
