Find the value of a such that f(x)= (1-cos(4x))/x^2) x0

as we know
lim (x = 0) 1 –cos x / x2 =  1/2
now
lim (x = 0) 16* {1 –cos 4x} / (4x)2  = 16 * (1/2) =  8
hence a = 8
