Dear Aryan
It is a 0/0 form hence using L'hospital rule
 
lim x->0 2 [cos2x /1]
Now
Cos 2x value will always be less than 1 as x is not exactly equal to 0.
Hence
Its GIF will be 0.
 
Now limit will be 
lim x->0 (0/1) 
Hence answer will be 0.
