since bt+cx is inside sine, we know that it should have the dimensions of an angle, which is dimensionless.
so, bt and cx should be individually dimensionless.
hence dim of b= 1/[T]
and dim of c= 1/[L]
so dim of b/c= [L]/[T], which pertains to speed or velocity.
