you can diffrentiate then in two ways 
first column wise and second row wise
method
row wise
diffrentiate first row while seepind other 2 rows constant+ diffrentiate second row keeping other 2 constant + diffrentiate the 3 row keeping other 2 rows constant 
and similarly can be do in column
