Dear sindhuja

f(x)=√log0.3 (x-x2)

term inside the rute must be positive

log0.3 (x-x2)≥0

so   here base 0.3<1

 so   0 <x-x2 ≤ 1

   x-x2 >0

  x(1-x)>0

    x<0  or x>1

and  x-x2 ≤ 1

        x2 -x +1 ≤0

    it is always true

 so domain will be x<0  or x>1
