Dear Vikash,

find dy/dx of the curve which the slope of tangent.

2y dy/dx - 6x² - 4 dy/dx = o

dy/dx = 6x²/ 2y - 4

at (1,2) ,  dy/dx  = ∞ which means tangent is perpendicular to x axis.
