4{to the power x}+8{to the power 2/3(x-2)}-52-2{to the power 2(x-1)}>0

2{to the power 2x}+2{to the power 2(x-2)}-2{to the power 2(x-1)}>52

2{to the power 2x}>64 [HOW?]

for root1/6 th to exist number should be greater than zero.from that you get first step.
