they r 3 different streams. you r not interested in engineering, you just want a good placement. so please dont blame me if you find your course uninteresting and irritating. i still say choose the course that you love. placement wise: kgp cse>delhi eee>=delhi mech. cse and mech are much lighter than electrical so be careful.
