instrumentation is like mechatronics and can be interesting as a field, only if you are interested. m&c is math with a bit of cs. kgp m&c=kan m&c>guw m&c among m&c. they may get better placements and more free time compared to instrumentation, but later you may get more growth and interesting job profiles as an instrumentation engineer.choose based on your interest.
