what branch do you like? choose the branch over the insti. however ropar isnt up to the mark. cse may not be very good there. cse at roorkee, guwahati, bhu, hyderabad or pretty good. dont go to the new iits, they arent worth it. aerospace is not at all bad, but if you truly love cs, go to one of the above 4  if they come within your rank.
