IIT Roorkee and IIT BHU could be the best choices from the pool. These branches are good and certainly you will have advantage of being in a top IIT. Mathematics and Computing, specifically, is an emerging branch with excellent placement records and is thus becoming a favourtie choice of many after CSE. But is you have interest in CSE and want to pursue career in the same, go for it.
