should i join bits dubai (cse),IIT jodhpur(systems science spec cse) , nit kurukshetra (ece or it ) , cse in vit,upes,kiit,srm,manipal,lmniit(eee),dtu and nsit(lower branches),iiit raipur,iiit pune(cse) or take a drop? please answer

order of preference must be:

IIIT PUNE{CSE}> IIIT RAIPUR> BITS DUBAI > NIT KURUKSHETRA> MANIPAL OR SRM> NSIT LOWER BRANCHES

Take drop if u can do better and make it to one of the top 5 iits , but taking drop is a risky thing , i have enough example in which students taking drop and end up getting even worst rank than the previous year regular attempt . 
so, as most of the good colleges are avaliable to you , join it if u prefer , otherwise if confidence leevl is above 70 percent then take drop . 
ORDER OF PREFERENCE SHOULD BE LIKE BELOW 
BITS DUBAI (CSE ) >IIIT PUNE (CSE ) > VIT VELLORE (CSE) > DTU > NIT KURUKSHETRA > N.S.IT > IIIT PUNE . 
rest all exclude them from your list , kiit and manipal  cannot be compared with even vit vellore , they are not good .
