His preference order should be like this:
Chemical (IIT Delhi) > Production (IIT Delhi) > Civil (IIT Delhi) > Mechanical (IIT Roorkee) > Chemical dual (IIT Delhi) > Mechanical (IIT Guwahti) > Electrical (IIT BHU) > Electronics (IIT BHU) > Chemical (IIT Roorkee)
