choose a branch of your interest. if you r looking at placements, then m&cdelhi =cse bhu>cse roorkee>cse guw>ee kgp=ee kan. but pls choose branch over institute, unless you want to apply for upsc or cat later. if you do want to prepare for these exams, please stay away from ee, and take cs or mnc.
