I filled the preference list for admission in IIT’s as per previous year’s branch wise cut off list. Will the branch wise cut off’s change this year or will it remain almost the same?

usually remains the same, but with change in public opinion and rumours, ranks fluctuate. BHU is fast catching up with guwahati and roorkee, and may soon surpass them in closing ranks. kgp’s position also fluctuates many times. so keep your fingers crossed and hope you get your branch and IIT.
