u need to be well versed with ncert and alongwith that 
1- try to solve last 5 years aiims papers 
2- practice as much ques as possible for assertion and reason ques . 
3- in physics u need to be good in numericals . 
4- can sit constantly in front of computer and able to recall formula quickly . 
go through the mock test avaliable at askiitians
