Hi, This is Himanshu. My Brother Got 6888 rank in Jee Advance 2016. Can you please suggest which branch and which IIT he can get. And also can you please tell us which Thing should be on Top Priority,

Branch or college.

Chances of getting top 7 IITs are very rare..even any branch also..
I would like to suggest you to choose branch among available IITs, and then go for ISM or TS Chankaya.
In new IITs, Placement except CS, EC branches are approx, 40 to 60 % only and very rare for other branches.
So you should also check last year JEE ADVANCED college opening and closing ranks.
