Hi Mudit,
Congratulations!
If you really want to go in the core of computer science, then you should take CS at IIT Roorkee. Otherwise you should take M & C at IIT D b/c its placement is as good as IIT R CS. Your preference order should be:
M & C (IIT D)/ CS (IIT R) > Chemical (IIT B) > Chemical (IIT D)
