It depends on what you want to do in future, where you want to settle, first figure out your interests and then choose relevant course and college.

There are many factors to be considered before making a decision about whether china is better or not.
It depends on how well you can settle in China too for that matter.
I’m sure there will a language understanding gap which will make it difficult for us indians to understand the concepts clearly.
