EE in IIT kharagpur or CSE in Roorkee which will be a beter option ?

please go for branch over institute. if you like electrical and electronics go to kgp. if you love coding go to roorkee. placement wise, roorkee cs>ee kgp. but with electrical you will get lots of opp and growth in career, while you can stagnate in cse. with electrical you can shift to cse later in your career. but cse is lighter than electrical, so be careful.
