I am trying to decide between joining IIT Roorkee Electronics vs. IIT Guwahati Computer Science departments (JEE Rank 1130). Can you please share any thoughts on which might be better option?

listen you will do far good in CS branch any where so go for CS
and being in student of iit delhi i can tell you placements in electrical branch in not so good
atleast im sure its not better than electrical

go for CS it has more scope
