electrical and communication in roorkee
its better than the other electrical branch because in that branch you will core jobs in BHEL ,NTPC ,Powergrid etc trust me only few people get it
so electrical and communication in roorkee

and for civil dont chose it its not better than electrical atleast electrical give you exposure to CS branch in a good amount which has nice scope.
