my air is 2524 in jee 2012

wht shd i choose civil at roorkee/kgp or cs/electrical at it bhu or chemical or smthn diff wht abt maths n computing

see civil in roorkee is best in the country but since most of the top PSUs have started recruiting using gate scores you will have to give an extra exam afterwards for that...and therefore i would advice you to go blindly for cs/electrical at IIT bhu....since it is a booming branch these days and 2nd you can get unimaginable packages at fb,google,ms which you cant get even with mech at any top IIT forget about civil at kgp or roorkee apart from cs being a branch ideal for girls and less exposre to sun :P

u might not get cse bhu. better go for electrical bhu. go for core as far as possible
