I want to know that which one is better - Electrical or electronics engeering, both in iit roorkee ? I can get admission in both of them. Also, wheather i should for their 4 or 5 year courses ?

If you want to do job after college go for 4 years course.
If you want to go for PHD or MS go for 5 year dual degree

Secondly,

If you like software part go for electrical and if you are intersed in chips and designing go for electronics
