according to my last years open close analysis IIT BHU[elec.,CSE,civil] is the best option you have in the pocket.
but if you are ready to pic non-core branches you can get material scince and engg(at Kanpur),metallurgy(at other old IITs)
I will advice you to go by councelling brouchure for any further advices.
