which one I should opt dual degree Electrical IIT Madras or IIT, Kharapur ?????????

currently IITMadras is performing far better than IITKharagpur and you should go for madras if you dont have some regionnal bounds

IIT-Kharagpur(EEE) should be your second choice !!
