my IIT rank is 4000 plz tel whch branches should I apply...Does Msc have good prospects job wise...

I suggest you go for IIT-BHU mechanical or IITG civil.....bcz its no use going to new IITs or going for some crappy branch in iitkanpur and all....You can also try some otr branches at IIT-Bhu since it is now an IIT and is supposed to be ahead of some other IITS in a few years

go for msc only if you are deeply intrested in research work bcs it doesnt have much value in private market
