sir please suggest me i am very much confused to choose branch as per my rank i may get 4 year mechanical or 5 year dual degree cs or ece as a female which to choose Is dual cs or ece having same placements like 4 year b.tech which is preferable single mechanical or dual cs or ece in iitm( i am from AP)

no , placements are different.in this century no company needs so much of specialsation in any field.any company would hire a btech graduate than a btech-mtech graduate.so a btech will be a better option for sure.
