Different in diff IITs....

IIT Madras Allows Branch change after ist sem only......

IIT Guwahati--> min CPI is 8.0/10.....can change after Ist year...

IIT Kanpur ,....I think ....CPI-->8/10--->can change in 2nd year also...not sure about IIT Kanpur

Dear student,

              If you want to change your branc then you should change your branch according to your interest ok. For this, you would obtain maximum marks according to ability aprox more then average marks of general student.
