Which IIT is best for m.tech in CSE - IIT BOMBAY or IIT DELHI?Also kindly specify in case its none of the above two.

IIT Bombay as it focusses more on CSE and IIT Delhi focusses more on other branches.But Integrated 5-year programme for only CSE has been launched only in IIT Delhi but Bombay offers more minor courses with CSE.For more information,You can see the courses in IITs{www.iitg.ac.in/jee.courses.php}
