where to join iit patna cse nit warangal cse or bits goa cse

I would suggest u to go fr NIt warangal CSE, as IIT Patna is a new institute and it would take some time fr it to establish itself . NIT Warangal on the other hand is one of the top NITs , and has got excellent faculty and infrastructure.
