Though you have performed well in every exam  you have to ge in any one of these and that should be the best. As per IIT you wont be getting top 4 IITs with even a branch that could be compromised. Regarding AIEEE your rank is quite good to fetch you a good NIT with a good branch. Refer to the last year cutoff details : -

your score at BITS is also very nice. Considering the last year cutoff details you will be getting Electrical there.

Among all these option the best option for you will be to opt for Elec. at BITS pilani as it comes 5th on the nationlal ranking of top engineering college and also the branch is the best.
