You should prefer old IITs with such rank of yours... (Provided, You don't prefer EC & ECE TOOOOOOOOO MUCH)

I am AIR 4392 And still in search of old IITs... Although i have IT-BHU CIVIL & MECH. available .... ALL THE BEST!!!!
