my rank in iitjee 2010 is 6500, my bits score is 315 what are my chances in IIT and shuld i go for any any branch including integrated MSc in IIT when compared to informa systems, and BE Hon's in manufacturing at Pilani.

go for integrated Msc only if you are interested in reasearch.
