With this rank you can get into old iits .. the most suitable branch acc to me is the one you are interested in .. so just clear ur mind and think of what u love best. dont compromise on that coz u got to live with it all ur life! And regarding the best IIT are thn all the old IIT are best .. so go for any of Old IIT with branch of your interst.
