please tell me what'll i choose between lower branches in old IIT or CS or electrical branches in IT-BHU

Both are the best in terms of education and faculty .. IT BHU is best for electrical and cs itself is best branch .. i wud suggest u to go for the branch u are interested in .. if u are intersted in electrical and cs and getting these two in any iit thn go for IT BHU  ..so just clear ur mind and think of what u love best. dont compromise on that coz u got to live with it all ur life!
