I think that you should take this decision on the basis of what field interests you the most.Remember that you have to spend your entire life with what you chose here.So do not go for what others suggest you.its your life.What were excites you the most opt for that branch.If you are not very sure about what to expect from these branches then go and check out the sites of IITs to see what courses they teach in these branches and whether these courses are as per your interests or not.Go and check out the courses on the following website
