Grade 12Branch Ranking of IIT

I'm getting around 237 marks according to fiitjee solns.

I'm interested in Engineering Physics branch in Delhi/Bombay/Madras only..

I wanted to know what are the possible job prospects in this branch.Which jobs i can get???Salary???

If i expect 2000 rank then which is better Mechanical from roorkee or Eng. Phy. from delhi???
